The current context forces many of us to work from home. How to carry out our Business Analysis tasks, which require frequent interactions with stakeholders ?
This situation is similar to working in delocalised teams. Pierre-Alain Dubois has a large practice in working with multi-sites remote working and will share his experience.

Pierre-Alain Dubois is Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®), in Project Management (Hermes 5 ®), Tester (ISTQB®) and Practitioner in Value Management (EGB®).
EPFL engineer, he became BA by the practice of implementing and enhancing Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) at Philip Morris International. Now BA consultant at wega Informatik in Basel, he developped a bright knowledge as BA and in computer system validation for the Pharmaceutical industry, working for Roche, Merck and ThermoFisher.
After few years board member of IIBA Geneva Chapter, he restarted the IIBA Zurich Chapter and is now IIBA Zurich secretary.
