President: Erika Linhartová
Erika is the president of our chapter and together with the Board restarted the IIBA Zurich Chapter in 2019.
Erika ensures that the Board adheres to IIBA and Chapter bylaws and polices, she prepares and chairs the chapter board meetings and secures that the chapter has a strategy and business plan. She also represents chapter at events and in IIBA Global meetings.
Erika is a Business Analyst and entrepreneur who believes that to succeed, we need to build on our experience so we can refine our tools, methods and strengthen our capabilities.

Secretary: Pierre-Alain Dubois (CBAP)
Pierre-Alain has a vast experience as a Certified Business Analyst in the pharmaceutical branch and was also member of the Geneva board between 2016 and 2019.
Pierre-Alain is always on the search for people with specific knowledge that are willing and able to share their experiences and expertise to the rest of us.
His credo is "Define the solution adapted to the context". He brings this experience to help us restart the Zurich chapter.

Treasurer: Ralf Fahney (CBAP)
Ralf is the member of our board who keeps us straight, honest and always keeps an eye on the wallet. Where the rest of us want to throw elaborate parties, Ralf ensures that we have the funds to do so.
His last customer, an insurance company, became his current employer.
As the Business Domain Architect for Financial & Accounting he's responsible for aligning the further development of the respective IT system landscape with the pertinent business needs.
Douglas Adams' "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" ironic perspective to mankind inspired his way of thinking: Everything could actually be something different. It's mice knowing this the best.
VP Professional Development: Tende Dunchu
Tende is there to ensure that BAs get the tools to develop their professional skill set.
Tende worked for close to 10 years in the financial sector in different areas such as IT, Legal & Compliance and Digitalization as a Project Manager and as Business Analyst.
Education is a topic that is close to her heart and she strongly believes in the notion "be curious and learn new things is one of the important key factors in life - even things that have nothing to do with your profession".
